I have a counseling practice in Boulder and have been working in the mental health field for over a decade. I graduated from Naropa University with a master’s degree in Transpersonal Counseling Psychology with a concentration in Wilderness Therapy.
I am passionate about working with women, couples, and families. In our work together, I’ll help you break old patterns, navigate transitions, and tolerate the emotional ups and downs of life without “losing your cool.” There are many tools for gaining control of your life and I’ll help you find the ones that best serve you.
I grew up in the woods and on the waters in rural Maine. As a child and young adult, I struggled to figure out who I was and what support I needed to keep growing. I was stuck and I was in pain. Today, I wake up every morning full of gratitude and joy, because I know how to take control of my life. This is what I’ll help you find for yourself too!
I offer a non-judgmental, safe place for you to practice your vulnerability and heal through contact with your deepest self. Let’s uncover the old patterns, limiting beliefs, and unconscious influences that are holding you back. It’s time to step into a more empowered you, and I would love to join you in this exciting next step.
It won’t always feel good to unravel all of those pieces that have held you back, but we can do it together. Your journey towards true contentment and joy starts here. Sign up for a free consult if you are ready to say “YES!” to yourself.
